Terms

Last updated October 15, 2026

These terms cover the free AI Shortlist Report and Visits offered on this site by Tim Heeter of Spokane, Washington ("I", "me"). By asking for either, you agree to them.

The AI Shortlist Report

• The report is free. There's no obligation to buy anything.
• I take a limited number each week. If a week is full, your request waits for the next opening, and I'll tell you when to expect it.
• I ask AI tools about your business the way a customer would and record what they say. AI answers change from one day and one person to the next, so your results are a snapshot of what I saw when I asked, not a promise of what anyone else will see.
• Your results are yours to keep and use however you like.

No guarantees

The check and any advice I give are my honest read, for your information. I can't control what ChatGPT, Google, Perplexity or any other tool says or does, so I don't guarantee any ranking, mention, call or sale. You decide what to change, and you're responsible for changes made to your own site and profiles.

Visits

A Visit is a free 30-minute conversation about your results. It's also a sales conversation: I'll tell you what my help would cost, and you decide. Any paid work is agreed separately, in writing, before it starts.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, arising from the free check or a Visit, and my total liability for them is limited to what you paid for them, which is nothing.

Using this site

The words and designs here are mine. Please don't copy them wholesale. Sample results on this site use made-up businesses to show what a check looks like.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
